Q & T Jewelry’s lifetime upgrade offer allows clients to upgrade their diamond. Think of it as a diamond savings account—you can visit us as often as you wish to trade in the diamond your purchased with us, and will only be asked to pay the difference between the old and the new. In other words, you get 100% of the cost of your previously purchased diamond credited toward your new purchase. This is only valid with Naturally Mined Diamonds purchased with Q&T Diamonds with valid proof of purchase.
Warranty
All jewelry is backed by a one-year warranty. This warranty does not apply to items that have experienced normal wear and tear.
Return Policy
Any piece of jewelry can be returned within 30 days with a receipt if the item is in its original condition. Refund requests may be denied if the item has been used or has a broken or missing tag. Special order items and custom-made items are nonrefundable.
